Warranty Period & Proof of Purchase
Warranty Start Date: The warranty period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by carrier tracking.
Warranty Duration: Amico offers a limited warranty of 2-5 years for most products. Please refer to the specific product detail page on our website for the exact warranty period applicable to your item. If there is a discrepancy between the warranty period stated on the product detail page and this policy, the information on the product detail page shall prevail.
Proof of Purchase: To file a claim, you must provide your original order number or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Eligibility & Transferability
Original Purchaser Only: This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Authorized Channels: This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from our official website, www.amicolight.com. Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers, second-hand markets, or received as gifts from unauthorized sources are excluded.
Warranty Claim Process
If you experience issues with a product under warranty, please follow these steps:
- Troubleshooting: Contact our support team at help@amicolight.com. We will assist you in troubleshooting the issue to determine if the product is defective or if the problem can be resolved through simple adjustments.

Claim Submission: If the product is confirmed defective, please email us your Order Number and 2-3 clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage.
- Resolution: Once your claim is approved, Amico will arrange a replacement at no charge to you. In most cases, you do not need to return the defective item. We will provide you with a new tracking number for your replacement shipment.
Resolution & Refunds
Replacement: Amico will ship a replacement part or product at no cost to you.
Refunds: If a replacement is unavailable and repair is not practical, Amico may elect to issue a full refund.
Refund Scope: If a refund is approved, you will receive a full refund, including the original purchase price, shipping costs, and applicable taxes, credited back to your original payment method.
Product Condition: For warranty claims involving returns, items must be returned in their original condition, complete with all accessories and original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed requirements.
What is Not Covered?
This warranty does not cover conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from:
Improper Installation: Products must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with local building codes and our installation guidelines. We strongly recommend retaining installation records and photos for your project files, as these may be required to validate a warranty claim.
Misuse & Neglect: Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or unauthorized alteration.
External Causes: Damage resulting from inadequate electrical supply, power surges, or failure to follow intended usage guidelines.
Shipping Damage: Damage occurring during transit must be reported immediately in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Consumables: Batteries or other consumable components.
Third-Party Products: Accessories, connected materials, or products not manufactured by Amico.
Label Tampering: To the extent permitted by law, this warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels. If label removal is necessary for product identification or inspection, please contact us for guidance prior to removal.
Indirect/Consequential Loss: Amico Lighting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or costs associated with project downtime or business interruption.
Limitation of Liability & Statutory Rights
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amico Lighting’s total liability for any claim related to the product shall be restricted to the original purchase price of the defective product.
Governing Law: This Limited Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
Statutory Rights: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or the exclusion of implied warranties; therefore, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This policy is intended to be consistent with our Terms of Service.
