We offer FREE standard shipping via UPS/USPS/FedEx to the continental United States.

Expedited & Priority Shipping is available. We use 1-3 business days to fulfill your order. After that, the delivery takes:

Free Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days
$20 Expedited Shipping: 2-3 Business Days

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses are NOT currently available.

*Please keep in mind that when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we, unfortunately, have no control over, your delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your patience in those instances.

Address Change & Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order or change a delivery address, please email us at help@amicolight.com within one hour.

We will issue a full refund or change the address for you, if the order is canceled and the product has not yet shipped.

If one hour has passed, the order might be processed for shipping and on-time delivery. At that point, it cannot be canceled and will need to go through the Return process. For shipped items change address, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

*In this case, shipping costs for returned merchandise should be undertaken by the buyer. If you refuse delivery of an order, Amico Lighting will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

Please note:

1. Your item will be dispatched to the address used at checkout.

2. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

3. We are not responsible for items you forget to collect in time from the local Post.

4. In the event that any items are lost or damaged during transit, please email us immediately at help@amicolight.com.

Order Cancellation

We understand that project requirements can change. We accept order cancellations as long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

• Full Refund: If your order is successfully canceled before it is processed for shipping or production, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• Non-Cancellable Orders: Once an order has been processed for shipping or has entered the production phase, we are unable to cancel it.

• How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Success team immediately at help@amicolight.com with your Order Number. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet left our facility.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for unused items in their original, uninstalled condition and original packaging within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

• Time Limits: Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Once a return is approved, you have 7 days to ship the return back to us. Returns received outside this timeframe may be rejected.

• Item Condition: Returned items must be in original, unused condition, free of signs of use, complete with original tags, and in original packaging.

• Pallet Shipments: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for orders shipped by pallet.

How to Initiate a Return

For the fastest processing, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Success team at help@amicolight.com.

2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number and the Reason for Return.

3. Documentation: If the item is damaged or defective, please include 2-3 clear photos showing the issue.

4. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees

• Standard Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect ordering, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, Amico Lighting will cover all replacement or return shipping costs.

• Improper Packaging: Please ensure items are packaged securely. Returns received with damage due to improper packaging may incur additional fees.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.

• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@amicolight.com.

Special Situations

• Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

• Wrong Item Received: If we sent the wrong item, we will cover all costs to rectify the error and arrange for the correct item to be shipped.

• Quality Issues: For manufacturing defects, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
