Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address or items you fail to collect from the carrier in time.

Changes: Once your package has left our warehouse, we cannot change the shipping address. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email help@amicolight.com within one hour of placing your order.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

Wrong Item Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered, please email us immediately with your order ID, a photo of the shipping label, and a photo of the SKU model number on the back of the product box.

Delivery Delays Disclaimer
While we make every effort to deliver your orders promptly, delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., national holidays, carrier delays, natural disasters) may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these instances.

Order Cancellation
We understand that project requirements can change. We accept order cancellations as long as the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Full Refund: If your order is successfully canceled before it is processed for shipping or production, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Non-Cancellable Orders: Once an order has been processed for shipping or has entered the production phase, we are unable to cancel it.

How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Success team immediately at help@amicolight.com with your Order Number. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet left our facility.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for unused items in their original, uninstalled condition and original packaging within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Time Limits: Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Once a return is approved, you have 7 days to ship the return back to us. Returns received outside this timeframe may be rejected.

Item Condition: Returned items must be in original, unused condition, free of signs of use, complete with original tags, and in original packaging.

Pallet Shipments: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for orders shipped by pallet.
How to Initiate a Return

Documentation: If the item is damaged or defective, please include 2-3 clear photos showing the issue.

Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Standard Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect ordering, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, Amico Lighting will cover all replacement or return shipping costs.

Improper Packaging: Please ensure items are packaged securely. Returns received with damage due to improper packaging may incur additional fees.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
