We offer FREE standard shipping via UPS/USPS/FedEx to the continental United States.
Expedited & Priority Shipping is available. We use 1-3 business days to fulfill your order. After that, the delivery takes:
Free Standard Shipping: 5-7 Business Days
$20 Expedited Shipping: 2-3 Business Days
Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International addresses are NOT currently available.
*Please keep in mind that when things happen like national holidays, inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, extreme weather, and other scenarios that we, unfortunately, have no control over, your delivery may be delayed. We appreciate your patience in those instances.
Address Change & Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order or change a delivery address, please email us at help@amicolight.com within one hour.
We will issue a full refund or change the address for you, if the order is canceled and the product has not yet shipped.
If one hour has passed, the order might be processed for shipping and on-time delivery. At that point, it cannot be canceled and will need to go through the Return process. For shipped items change address, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
*In this case, shipping costs for returned merchandise should be undertaken by the buyer. If you refuse delivery of an order, Amico Lighting will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
Please note:
1. Your item will be dispatched to the address used at checkout.
2. We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address.
3. We are not responsible for items you forget to collect in time from the local Post.
4. In the event that any items are lost or damaged during transit, please email us immediately at help@amicolight.com.
Return
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. However, we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns, and customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the product's delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address.
Notes
- Custom or personalized items do not have a 14-day refund right.
- If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee depends on the express company you choose.
- If the return is due to a product quality issue, shipping damage, or any other error on our part, Amico will cover the return shipping costs.
- No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a receipt notification and let you know if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; processing time is often required before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at help@amicolight.com.
